Shipping Policy

We ship Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays. We ship discretely in unmarked boxes, via UPS. Small sample orders may be shipped via USPS, using their “priority” option. Larger orders to be handled by UPS, using their “3 Day Select” option. Signature is required for all our packages. Faster shipping options can also be used upon request, for an additional fee that will be calculated at the time of your order. Custom packaging can be added to any shipment upon request, at an additional fee. All shipments are vacuum sealed. Mylar sealed for international orders, to preserve freshness.

Wholesale and commercial orders are shipped via freight or UPS.

We do not ship or sell to Oregon residents.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Columbia River Valley of the Dalles, Oregon. Fill out the form in our about us section to get in contact, schedule a visit, or coordinate a in-person meeting. We would be more than glad to discuss any hemp or cbd related business and clarify any questions.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking, for both USPS and UPS. Any shipment that does not show up as “delivered” on the tracking, will be redelivered at no expense to our customer.

Do you have free samples?

Yes. We certainly can provide a sample with any order(s) exceeding one pound. We also provide ONE FREE 1/8 oz (3.5 gram) sample of flower option, PER address, via our main order page., Or located at the bottom of this page. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Is this product Legal?

YES. Products shown on this website are derived from Federally legal, USDA hemp. Our wholesale practices are in accordance to H.R.5485. A bill that legalizes industrial hemp that has a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, the psychoactive component of marijuana) concentration of no more than 0.3%, by removing it from schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. Our State’s Department of Agriculture also run analytics, to assure our flower is complaint with H.R.5485.

Do you have any military discounts?

Yes. We can provide a 10% discount on orders below (10) lbs, given you are able to provide proof of service with one of the following:

  • Military ID Card

  • VA Issued Identification Card (for the VA health care system)

  • Veterans ID Card

  • Veterans Designation on Drivers License

  • Locally issued Veterans ID Card (some counties offer these ID Cards)

  • Other ID or Membership Card – examples include veterans groups such as the VFW, American Legion, AMVETS, etc.

Is there a chance of failing a drug test, if I consume these products?

Yes, there is a possibility. CBD flower contains trace amounts of THC (.3 or less) and other cannabanoids that are tested for. There is a possibility of failing a drug test. Research has found that THC and other cannabanoids can be detected in your system for up to 30 days.

My tracking says, “seized by law enforcement”. Should I be worried?

No. FOR US DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS, there is no need to worry. We are registered with our State and Department of Agriculture, as licensed hemp farmers. We have registered accounts with the local Post Masters, as well as UPS, to assure safe delivery and release if mistaken by law enforcement as a THC product.

We have dealt with this enough times, to assure our customers zero issues. We adamantly pursue any legal challenges presented, as we operate within the boundaries that Oregon State Law and U.S. Federal Law allows. Please feel free to contact us directly, if you have any questions or concerns.

Do you ship internationally?

YES. A CUSTOM INVOICE MUST BE GENERATED TO INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES AND VAT.

For first time international buyers, we require payment via one of the following options:

  • WIRE TRANSFER, BITCOIN, WESTERN UNION, OR MONEYGRAM.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO KNOW ALL LAWS AND VAT TAXES ASSOCIATED IN YOUR COUNTRY, TO IMPORT OUR PRODUCTS.

BUYER ACCEPTS ALL LIABILITY WITH EACH ORDER.

FOR ORDERS BELOW (5) LBS, WE CAN ATTEMPT TO RESHIP ONE ADDITIONAL TIME. WE CANNOT RESHIP ANYTHING SHOWN AS ”DELIVERED”.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. For US DOMESTIC orders, we take all major cards. Credit cards will be charged a 3% fee. We choose to limit credit card transactions to $4,500 USD. Any orders exceeding $4,500, will be required to pay via Cash, Wire Transfer, Western Union, or Moneygram. We also accept Venmo and Zelle (contact us to arrange these options). A cashiers check, by an approved US bank can also be accepted. For cashiers checks, we require a “clearance period” for the check to verify, before any shipments are released.

What is the return/refund policy?

If you want to return a order, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Flower orders must be (2 grams) or less from original weight. We cannot refund tinctures or oils, once opened. All bulk orders are final.


Anything above ONE pound of flower is NON-RETURNABLE. Any FREE SAMPLE OFFERED is only charged shipping costs, or is provided at no cost with an existing order, making it NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-RETURNABLE once shipped. Wholesale orders are NON-RETURNABLE.

If you meet the conditions, your refund will be processed after we receive any product(s) back. Refunds take 3-7 business days to process after receiving and restocking any returns. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We kindly ask you please try our 3.5 gram sample size before proceeding with larger orders. We must be notified of any issues within 48 hours of your order being marked as “delivered” by the postal carrier.
